Within 30 days of purchase, if you find the quality of our materials to be unsatisfactory AND are able to provide specific complaints, you can request a partial, or in some specific cases, up to a full refund. On another hand, Tips and Tricks package has been developed to train candidates in content presentation aspect of case interview. Tips and Tricks videos synthesize all the skills required in case interview as they resemble real case interview context with varying level of difficulty. It is recommended to watch these videos in parallel with the intuition and math package.
